We define &#8220;with project \/ without project&#8221; scenarios, time horizon, and discount rate; we project costs (CAPEX, OPEX, maintenance, external costs) and benefits (time savings, emission reduction, safety, productivity, visitation&#8230;).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, we create a financial analysis (cash flows, sustainability, need for support), and conduct sensitivity and risk analysis.
